At Mercator, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections; if an item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all included hardware and documentation to ensure safe transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
